Are you a designer? If so, and you could have a store at the Bodies by Oh! Mall rent free. Stores range from basic 50 prim, 10m x 10m stores to larger ones up to 400sqm and 100-200 prims.
The catch?
1) Your products must be original designs by you. Be it hair, clothing, shoes, sunglasses, hats, scripted items, whatever - you must be the designer. This offer is not for anyone reselling a kit or someone else's creations.
2) You must use my vendor system which will pay me a commission on every sale. The percentage is controlled by you. You control the server. I'll even give you a place to host it if you don't own land. I never have possession to your product.
3) I ask that you set the commission for my share to 40%.
As long as your store generates enough gross sales each month, you can keep your location in the mall. What is enough? We can talk about that based on the size of the store. IM GiveMeABig Oh to discuss futher!
