The House of Tunes club has moved to this spacious new island sim location and as part of the development, we are now able to offer retail spaces along the boardwalk.
The boardwalk faces our new club space HoT Tropics with the original club - House of Tunes overlooking it from the hill, and is set as the landing point for the clubs so the first thing folks seem is your retail opportunity.
The clubs hosts regular gigs, both live performances and live DJ set, mostly in Blues and rock styles and attracts popular SL musical artists such as Juel Resistance and Komuso Tokugawa and has a strong regular population who come regardless of events, to enjoy the space and socialise with their friends.
The island also attracts bikers as we have a road circuit and a bike showroom and garage.
There are opportunities for many types of business on this very attractively designed island.
Standard charge is 10 lindens per prim per week (the average weekly rental charge is 200L$ per week)
