Transfer entitles buyer to free move on the grid location and a free rename. Not showing the sim, however if you really need to see it I can show it. Please keep in mind with LL's transfer system there is absolutely no way for you to be scammed or cheated. The sale is in fact for one 15,000 prim class 5 sim and for full ownership.
