There is a Ballroom for special events-- And Will be available
to rent out for special occasions.

Rental rates for the shops: L$ 2 per prim.
We have 50,75,100,150 and 200 prim shops.
If you want to rent 2 shops, the second one will be available at half the price
of the first one, on the conditions that the second shop has the the same
prims or less.
If you decide to stop paying rent on the first shop, the rental
on the second shop will increase to $L 2 per prim.
