Axel Village is a quality mixed sim featuring a general social area in the center with a small shopping district surrounding it with room for 8 full fledged shops. The outer edge of the island is purely residential, granting all residents a scenic ocean view with custom altered terrain and scenic improvements.
All structures used and allowed are to be of quality design only. The covenant for the sim is very light on restrictions, focused on encouraging a friendly environment.
Each residential plot is 4k or 8k in size with standard prim count at a rate of 1800L per week for a 4k plot and 3600L per week for an 8k plot. You may use any of the housing designs we have placed and available for you, or you may use your own. (Some of hour houses come pre-furnished!) We also have several skybox designs available as well (pre-furnished and empty) which we can rez for you at no extra charge.
Our 8 available shops feature a quality design and include 169 prim for 625L per week. In addition the island owner and managers will routinely hold public contests in the center area to draw guaranteed foot traffic to the sim.
