At ground/water level a beautiful fantasy / medieval world is maintained. As explained in the covenant, this is not restrictive so much as protective of the tenants rights to the world they wanted when they purchased here. If you want your island to have a different shape and build within this theme, I will be happy to help you accomplish that goal in any way I can. It is, after all, your fantasy.
Above 400 meters you can build anything that fits in your parcel. This lets you have the fantasy you purchased be carefully maintained at ground level, while having anything you can dream of in the sky above. Truly the best of all worlds. With 4700 prims to use, you can truly have it all.
Also, for anyone wanting much more space, though with somewhat less prims, I will be happy to acquire an openspace sim, make it part of the HPE archipelago, and sell it to you. Just ask. The 4700 prim islands sell for 36000L$ per month.
