About Inspiration Cove Village:
We are an upscale tropical village shopping center, leasing shops to merchants who offer high quality products and services to the discerning residents of Second Life. Each of our shops measures between 25x30m and 30x30m, with the front door directly facing the sidewalk and an ocean view behind the store. You can see pictures of Inspiration Cove at this link:

Rentals are on a weekly basis with a four week minimum lease, and group membership is required to rez your products. There is a teleport directory at the landing point, and island is also open teleport, so your classifieds and landmarks can deliver your customers right to your doorstep. The rates and prim allowances are as follows:
First week L$1
Each following week:
100 prims L$300 week
200 prims L$400 week
300 prims L$500 week
To begin your lease, please do the following:
1) Pay the rental box to reserve your shop. The rental boxes are set to 0 prims, 1 week, L$1. This will pay for your first week's rental, and will also secure your shop until your prim count and regular rate can be set.
2) IM Kat Claxton with the amount of prims you want for your shop (100, 200, or 300), and please provide a next owner full perm texture for your shop sign and the directory.
3) You will need to be a group member to set out your products. To become a group member do a search for the group "Inspiration Cove" and click the join button, and you can begin setting up your shop immediately. You will be added to the group as a merchant shortly after beginning your lease, and this will grant you additional permissions.
4) Leasing policies are located in the Inspiration Cove covenant. Please take a moment to read them over.
