This is a slightly unusual situation and i just need to recoup tier so i am renting the plots out very cheaply . I have 2 1/4 sim plots i need to rent out however whoever rents them out will have to be on a platform in the sky.This is a medieval roleplay sim so already preformed traffic . each 1/4 sim i will be asking 22000l per month for 3750 prims.
another bonus is the sim is called utopia a much sought after name .
