The last rental house now for $500L each per week with 200 prims.
In addition to the above, each rental house has the following facilities:
- House at the shore and with a view over water.
- Great view inlands
- Blending windows possible for more privacy
- Locking doors possible for more privacy
- 2 recreational area's with instruments to play on and a videoscreen with several great MTV videoclips
- Swimmingpool with dive and slide
- The textures on the inside of the house can be changed to your convenience by Design Junkies at no costs at all.

If you see what you like, just click the rental box that is in front of the house or parcel. Pay it and the house is yours. The initial minimum rental period is 2 weeks. After the initial period you pay per week.
