I have brand new free standing island sims Enthusiasm and Debauchery (and possibly Imagine) for rent. This will include full estate management rights for the renter. You will be free to texture the ground and terraform as you like and I can upload a raw terrain file if you need that done.
Payment can be in paypal or lindens as necessary and must be paid monthly. To rent, PLEASE READ THE LAND COVENANT (IN ABOUT LAND), if the terms are acceptable then pay the first month's rent to the rental box, then buy the land and you are set to go.
