Key Features and Advantages:
* You get full control over your store's title and description. These two things are by far the most important components of search relevance and ranking. With us, you get direct control over them and do not have to wait until a manager is around when you need to make changes.
* Full, direct control over the parcel's picture, search category, teleport routing, and audio/video streams. No specialized tools to learn, you do it in the "About Land" window just as you would if you owned the land yourself!
* Ability to directly administer your store's ban list. When a griefer attacks, it is useless to have to wait for a property manager to arrive to deal with it. Here, you can freeze, eject, and/or ban griefers immediately....again, without using any strange, unfamiliar tools. And, if the griefer left behind any objects or litter, simply return it. You have the power.
* Speaking of objects, there's no guesswork involved with your prim counts or how many prims you have left....simply look in the "About Land" window under the objects tab. Our objects are "owned by parcel owner". Your objects are the ones "set to group". Your remaining objects is simply the number on the parcel subtracted from how many the parcel supports. And, if you ever need more prims, simply contact one of the managers and arrangements can be made!
* Your store's traffic number is just that.....YOUR traffic. Unless you game it yourself with campers or bots, the usefulness of your traffic number in determining the effectiveness of your advertising is restored. While it may not be an amazingly high number (which is becoming more and more irrelevant in search ranking anyway), it will accurately reflect actual visits to your store.
* You also have the ability to change the group charter and insignia of your store's parcel ownership group! Increase your exposure by using the group charter to describe your store and even include a direct-teleport link! This will count as another inbound link for your store and thus increase your store's search ranking.
* Have an alt or a partner you wish to help manage your store? Simply get them to join the property management group and ask one of our managers to give them tenant status.
* And unlike the very few rental companies which offer any of the above features, no one, except for yourself, your partner(s), and our property managers (and of course, the Lindens themselves) will have these powers over your shop's parcel. Rest easy knowing that you don't automatically have to trust every one of our other tenants!
Other amenities:
* Each store has an (unfinished) basement which you can use as a work area, fitting room, and/or network server storage. In fact, that's where your rental box goes during your tenancy. A simple jump-pad style teleport has been placed; simply cam below the store's floor and click on the blue pad.
* Each store has a sit target set; people passing through the sim or flying overhead can simply sit on your building and arrive on the front porch.
* Your store is from our Makoto line of prefab stores; a vendor for it or the entire line is available upon request for placement in your store....you will earn a 20% commission when it sells from your store. Or, buy one yourself and consider your commission a discount.
