I just recently obtained a job irl and barely have enough time to run a club at all. I would hate for this club to go to waste and wanted to know if anyone would be interested in using it. The club was mainly a techno/trance dance club but you're welcome to change the genre if you like. Although, I would like the club name to remain the same.
I have a good size 3-story club already furnished and available for rent.
It includes the following:
large dance stage
animated stage backdrop
dance poles
crowd dance machine
ad boards
restricted access escort rooms w/ beds
optional restriced vip area
lobby
modeling pavillion area w/ backstage area
mall area (renting out only part of the mall if requested)
We can work out an agreeable rental price. I'm currently paying about $3500/wk for the land it sits on.
