Located next to the Marco Island sim (home to The Savoy Jazz Club) and the Bowie sim (home to The Glamshack and Friendly Fire), Moxie has an open-air feel, sparkling ocean and its own attractions such as the Moxie Main Store, Starbrook's Coffeehouse Alyssa Bijoux, Indyra Originals and Usherworkd Gallery. With lots to see and do here and in the surrounding areas, Moxie is the perfect place to showcase your products!
While we are a growing sim, we have many plans in place to promote our businesses and increase traffic. Starbrook's Coffeehouse will be a meeting place for friends and music lovers alike. We will have live artists, as well as DJ's, trivia events and will be incorporating open mic nights as well. The Moxie furniture store is a growing entity in itself with traffic increasing daily. Advertising will be done for our tenants in many different ways including adding tenant names to our search terms, posting in the forums and free advertising spots on a SL television show that is the planning/production stages.
There is currently 1 (they're renting fast!) vendor cart left for rent on Moxie. Minimum rental period is two weeks with a maximum of 8 weeks. The breakdown of pricing/prims is as follows:
