The homes are located in a quiet class 5 mainland double protected sim bordered by 4 sims of Linden ocean you can use for boating, in addition I have a boat dock with access to 30 sims of ocean so you have 34 sims of Linden ocean for boating
You may also use the beach area in Gouda when you have a sky home here
