Was not ever planned for rent this out, but need to cover the land tiers due to changes in plans.

This can be rented as a one whole or the penthouse separately / superyacht separately. Plenty of prims available if you need them. Price would be around 3000/week mark for the whole lot.
A couple of 400 sqm floors (20 high for full privacy) are also available in the same building, not furnished, suitable for office or apartment (no stores/clubs). 500/week. Same waterfront, so you can rez your boats if you wish. Roadside as well, but Lindens do not look for their roads, and you can drive not too far from the place.
And at last, super luxury semifurnished palace (Royal Apartments) at Visiwa Estate (was a hot spot a couple of weeks ago too) - this one is really huge, with two bedrooms, waterfront, free usage of all the estate facilities, the boat, beutiful beach, etc., etc. This one will go for $4000/week which is less than we pay to the estate owner - again, we will need to use this property in a future, but can not afford to keep it empty.
