The Dreshdae apartments are now open and ready for use. They are Out of Character apartments with in a neutral section of Korriban, but can be used for In Character use.

Directions to the Apartments:

When you enter Korriban, you will find yourself in a space station. Walk into the area marked IC, then make a left. With in the hangar you will find the teleporter, which will give you the option to go to the Korriban Apartments.

Galactic Primus Apartment Rental Agreement and Information

IMPORTANT! BEFORE RENTING:

These Rentals are "Out of Character" Unless specified by the tenant.

Please Note, that using these apartments to escape a cause and effect issue will not be tolorated. If an individual runs into the apartment as an escape that will indicate the tenant is allowing roleplay with in the apartment. If such circumstances occur, please contact a Korriban Admin or GM.

PRIM LIMITS:

40 Prims - 160L Per week

TERMS:

- Apartments must be with in the specified prim limits. Failure to comply could result in your objects being returned

- All Prims must be with in the confines of your apartment space.

- You may share your apartment with others

- No sensors, detectors, listeners or any sort of detection/spy devices are allowed on any Galactic Unity Sim.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Once you've rented a space please contact one of the administration to add you to the land group. You will need to be part of the land group to beable to add any items to your rental.

EXPIRED RENTALS

Expired rentals will receive a 24 hour notice, only one day will be given. After one day the the rental will be reopened and any items placed will be returned.

If you choose to no longer rent with us on Korriban, you will be removed from the Galactic Primus Land group, this is so we can better manage the land group.

DISCLAIMER:

The Administration holds the right to at any time return and cancel an apartment rental with or with out reason. Please note that in such instances a pro-rated refund will be given.

*Note on Refunds

All refunds if given by the administration has a 30% surcharge
