Residential or commercial, I don't care but lagging the sim will NOT be tolerated as I will be your neighbor and I don't like a laggy sim. On the other hand you'll not be lagged by others in the sim because of this same enforcement so it's a win win for the right tennant.
To see the plot just type "Extreme" into the map and tp to the sim. It is the only 1/4 sim plot that's cut out there.
To rent just use the "buy" function, this will pay your first month's rent.
