I have decided not to progress with my plans for this sim. I am offering it for sale to the highest bidder.

The sim was built by myself and Chelsea Malibu. We used the Asian texture pack from Marlin Studios. (Licensed)

The server is a Class 5 and there are 9722 prim left. Only 538 actives scripts running. The sim was built to handle heavy traffic.

The sim is ideal for a turnkey environment as a rental or retail enterprise. It is surrounded by water on four sides. You do not have to move it unless you want to.
