Some folks will tell you all these cool little math equations to see if you're paying too much rent LOL!!..they crack me right up!!..they offer, generally, flat squares of land/sand, no terraforming, no mountains, no waterfalls,no amimals, no sounds, no wildlife, no community,well hell..not much of anything so anything you pay there, in my opinion, would be way TOO much.
We have only one lot lot - and yep its on an open sim and NO there is no lag and no Jack Linden isn't going to tell me what I can or cannot do with it!.
We maintain our lots - watch the scripts and just have fun..wait?..FUN??..yep that is after all what SL is all about..
