Retail spaces have opened up in the Heck Mall's new basement wing and on the main level, and as an incentive for content creators to set up shop here, we've created 10 new spaces at 2 great new pricing tiers for retail vendors!
Big Stalls: L$100/week for 40 prims on the main level. Deep 10 x 10 x 5 stalls, in a mall that was at capacity before we decided to move our apartments and repurpose the space for the new stalls.
Basement Stalls: L$15/week for 10 prims! Stalls are approximately 9 x 5 x 5.5, next to apartment spaces, underneath a new club and feature a stunning view in a newly developed area that will be adding surprises and new amenities regularly!
We also have 3 basement residential rooms for rent, $50/week for 30 prims on those! The new rooms also feature the same view as the basement mall spaces, doors with custom keyholder lists, and a small but nice studio space for people who are just starting out in SL, or who want to live in a well-managed, growing entertainment and retail district.
We offer weekly leases of up to 10 weeks on both retail and residential spaces.
