I am tempted to live in this one myself, the house has central locking door system and tint clear and closed window system and is a top quality house, no premium account required just pay the rental sign a week at a time if you like no tier to pay just the rent!!!!
If you need more prims i can take some of the landscaping away its up to you!!

I will also give some furniture and a nice bar and stools, sun lounger etc to the new tenant as a house warming gift

This is well worth a look and i am renting it for little more than the tier cost to me and the rent is about the same as many 4096 meter plots!!!! so dont be put off by the size come and have a look!!!
