I have a nice 512m plot for rent for $L200/wk in a mature mainland sim, full 117 prims, pretty much all rights available. Use the provided house or build your own, setup a skybox, start a business etc. You can use it pretty much however you like, will have access to the media settings, (you can have a radio!), ban/access lists, object creation, etc.
