Why rent from NinjaLand Rentals?
NinjaLand has more than 125 current satisfied renters, and a long history of rentals in Second Life.
NinjaLand renters are officers in their own rental group. You control the land with full powers.
You choose how often you pay rent. Pay weekly, every 2 weeks, every month (we round to calendar month), or change it up at will.
We accept Paypal or linden rental payments.
No premium account needed to rent land.
Each NinjaLand renter has power to invite/eject group members, terraform, edit media settings/sell passes/ban lists/etc
No covenants! We do not have pages of restrictions to wade through. There is only one rule: obey LL rules. Everything else, including your secret Donkey Porn empire, is OK by us.
NinjaLand renters can upsize/downsize/move to new NinjaLand.
Rental rates: L$0.410156 x # of sqm [This is L$210 for 512 sqm per week]
No hideous rental boxes! Renters receive a notecard rental agreement/receipt for each rental payment.
We do not require notice to quit renting. Simply tell us you are leaving at the end of your rental term and we'll put the land back up for sale/rent.
NinjaLand Rentals rents anything from 512 sqm to entire SIMs. To see full inventory go to:
Search >> Places >> type in "NinjaLand" (one word) and make sure to tick "incl mature"
NinjaLand is listed in order of traffic in search >> places. If you want an area with high traffic for business start at the top. If you want a quiet residential plot, start at the bottom.
IM Skye Whitcroft or Elanthius Flagstaff when you've picked out the land you'd like to rent.
(You might want to mention "Hi I'd like to rent land in... " as during busy times we may not be able to respond to just "hi")
