Nassau Shores has 19 beach houses on the corner side of the sim, over half of them is usually rented out by our regulars who have lived on the sim for more than 4 months in some cases. The houses are 20 x 20 and you have 200 prims for your furniture and outside deckchairs, the doors are lockable by you and the windows are tintable.

Nassau Shores also has a large expansive seasonal central park in the middle of the shopping area for the resident and visitors to hang around in and chill out...the small market stalls are 40l a week for 15 prims,

The newest addition to the park is Shipwreck Cove, a small open water area with more seating for the residents to relax and chat in...

All residents can also use the Virtual Park which resides 200 meters above the photography studio in the corner, the virtual park is a star trek style holodeck where you can rez up to 27 different scenes, most of which are built with couples in mind to chill out and relax in. We also give the residents a choice on the wall colour of the inside of the house and all houses come with a seperate prim counter so you can keep track of those prims

Cost to rent is 400L a week, one of the cheapest rates in Second Life and at the baserate of 2l a prim.
For more privacy the new SkyView skyboxes with media parcelling, garden holodeck rezzer and personal lift are also available for 550l a week for 200 prims. The cost is more to rent since the garden scenes average at about 100 prims, but DO NOT count towards your own prim count.
