becouse of too many bigger projects i am running ingame i decided to sell my 2 successfull malls. here is the description of the Mile Mega Sexshops Mall - you find my other mall (Romantica) in the previous post.
Germania Nightlife is a old, very well known and good visited place in SL. The mall comes
with aproxm. 9.500 sqm land, have 77 stalls plus a stall reserve from aproxm 20 stalls if you want to expand the mall. the mall is near completely rented out and most vendors are allready vendors here since months cuz they are satisfied with the sales. the traffic varies between 30 - 40K, very good search engine placements and the mall is doing aproxm 100.000 L$ rentals a month. I sell for a absolute bargain price of 298.000 L$! very good oppurtunity for serious folks who want to earn money from day 1 in a proffesional surrounding. the Germania Nightlife sim have a lot of attractions for users and 2 big exclusive fashion & shoe stores.
