I had tossed this about on the forum before. The original idea was a gadget technology mall, which much to my surprise few people took advantage of.
So I added a fashion section to the mall. Same deal as the others, pay the rental box for 3 weeks and I refund you the 3 weeks. You get 3 weeks free with no strings attached. The rate is low compared to most malls. The rate is L$125 per week with 60 prim allowance.
