Please note that as of 3/1/2009, all mall spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. There is no rental system currently set up and rent is free until the new system is completed and installed, with a minimum full week notice that the rental fees will commence (Note that if you move in after that notice is given, your free time may be reduced accordingly, so please ask). Inaugural (first time) payments on each unit will receive one week of free rent for each four weeks that are prepaid. Up to twelve weeks may be prepaid, resulting in a max three weeks of free rent!!!
All units include:
- Search - places listing ($L30/wk value) with your store name and unique description.
- Each store has its own parcel cut for easy monitoring of your traffic.
- individual landing point direct to your store.
- Interior textures changed per your request to suit your store's style/theme.
- Signage prims are part of the infrastructure allocation and do not count against your rental allocation.
Rent is $L 10 per prim per week.
SHOP SIZES:
16 x 16 x 10: 50 prims 500L/wk
16 x 32 x 10: 75 prims 750L/wk
24 x 25 x 16: 100 prims 1000L/wk
You may rent additional prims for your space as desired while the allocated rental prims for the region remain available.
