This site includes the prims on the ground (copy/mod/no trans). It is a green terraced hill parcel nicely terraformed with a pool and hot tub built specifically for the site. Unfortunately the little tropical hut and surrounding trees I had there are not transferable so i took them out. However, with your own small hut you are good to go. The water swimmer script i had is also not transfer but I can give you the info to replace it so that the pool is swimable again.
There are a hundred prims on the ground for the pool, surround, etc. Leaving plenty of prims for a skybox too if you need some privacy. Of course if you dont need the pool just delete.
