There is NO purchase price....Therefore these are being called rentals, though you will have full owner & estate rights and usage, including terraforming. Anything goes except clubs.
Tier is 28,000L/mo, 2 months rent required initially.
After that, its just monthly. Paypal options also available after initial rental.
