Things that make renting on Tigerfish Island special;
*you have control over your home
*Change the MUSIC stream
*Add MEDIA
*Change the INTERIOR textures of your home.
(Right click the wall and select "EDIT". Then "SELECT TEXTURE". Then you can click the wall section and apply the texture you like.)
*You can control access to your house and edit the BANNED list.
*Use your prims to place small watercraft decorate your home.
*Relax in one of the hottubs on the grounds.
*Use the water for your small watercraft.

To rent your new home, pay the terminal at the landing point of the sim. Then contact the managment team of Island Paradise Estates (IPE), Tarod Gavaskar, Kain Turner or Skarlet Rutledge & ask to be added to the IPE Group. The memeber of the team u message will then add u to the group & you decorate your home!
