At Silverbow Metroplex land is sold, when you purchase the land it becomes your property.

The pricing structure at Silverbow Metroplex is very transparent, you get full prims that come with your land, no discounted prim land is sold, and you get your correct amount of prims!
Tier fees can be paid in Lindens or in US dollars by using Paypal. When you buy your land the land will be in your name.
Do read the covenant for more details about the tier fees; the tier fees are the same, as you would pay to Linden Labs on the mainland. There are no hidden other costs or charges.
