Which means we have one store available at Devilfish Men's Mall, it's in the main area it's 600L$ a week 150 Prims, if you buy 4 weeks you get one free.

Now this mall is one with a difference and here's why
1) It's a men's mall, so nice target audience here. It's gay friendly we have a good community of regular visitors
2) We host regular events and should you want a sponsored party for your store it's easy to set up.
3) We're a no camping mall! Yep noooo zombies everybody who comes to the mall is there to go shopping wooohooo. However we do have some other traffic draws to supplement our events, we run our own residentials, have a freebie tutorials area for new people, an underground sex zone, quiet beach bar area, skydiving/treasure hunt and a live music stage.
4) We also run our own stores in other malls drawing people back to Devilfish - we currently run our own tv and media store (set to expand into an SL tv network) and sell animated furniture throughout sl. Over the past few days we've opened our own menswear chain - yep Fashcon users will soon be coming to Devilfish

5) We have a good group we promote all of our stores to - over 600 strong we also have a website where any store promotions can be mentioned.
6) We're a staffed mall, people take newbies around and pimp 'em out since our mall supplies clothing, shoes, eyes, skins, shapes, hair, accessories and homes it's a good starting point for guys in SL. It's an initiative which not only helps the stores make sales but helps build a trusted and strong community over here.

We do our best to ensure store owners have a pleasant stay here, with over 40 stores for men at the mall, we must be doing an OK job.
Things to consider:
-No Resellers, we've found resellers to be troublesome in the past, sorry folks!
-No home rentals because we rent properties ourselves
-Nothing homophobic, no weapons - it's a very peaceful area
-Nothing for kids, with the sex area underground, this is a mature zone, so no child avis allowed
