edited to add more info which I should have done to start with

prims are 4L a prim, with the stores having an allowance of 25 prims (100L a week) and the small prim count spots are 5prims for 20L a week

you can set a landmark for your store, no need to join a group, pay now, put your stuff in right away. I will manually check for prim overlimits and send an im if you are over, I will not just simply return (unless grossly over)
no freebie selling, however giving freebies as freebies is perfectly ok, adult items are ok, just please no lewd inappropriate pictures and whatnot, (there are sims specifically set up for hardcore porn sales, this is not one of them heh)
It is right next to my store, so even though my traffic is not extremely high, you will get some foot traffic.
I do not advertise it in classifieds as classifieds do not seem to help much but it is listed in show places. I am a member of fashcon and put out an update once a week, at that time I do get a jump in traffic that trickles throughout the week. (that will also create foot traffic for you too)

I will be creating a signboard in the entrance area of my store, with the names of the renters on it (providing they send me a texture for their store logo) as well as signs on each store for your store logo.
