Moonshade village on the Moonshade sim announces several homes available for rent at reasonable prices.
All but 4 of the homes are on the water with unending views. The sim is landscaped like a small town to foster the community feeling. In the center of the sim, set off by rivers and hills, are some small market stalls and a wonderful texture shop.
