Based in our grounds, this busy mainland (but low lag) area (traffic between 6000-11000 with no camping), these store has just become vacant. Existing tennants report good sales figures. They are also located next to our main landing point. Great spot for clothing shops for men (most of our visitors are men) and sexy ladies clothing and lingerie (especially as our dancers love to shop)
We hold regular events which include a weekly theme party so costume shops would also be a good venture for this spot.
Our visitors are always saying more clothes shops would be beneficial to them.
We also have some new shops available in the Temptations Village.
Weekly rent is just L$200 for up to 25 prims in the Club grounds and L$200 per week for 20 prims in the Village (need more prims? let me know, we can be flexible). Simply pay the rental box, join the group and move it!
