As many people already know, I'm closing my store. Due to a RL job promotion which will require more travelling on my part and less time in the game, means no time for design.
I'm currently taking offers and plan to sell quickly as possible so it will allow me to help out the new owners as much as possible before I start my new position.
Sale includes all designs in both shops in full permissions, all design templates (full permissions), full perm flexi skirts in various sizes, textures, landscaping that was created by me, lots of extra landscaping that was purchased elsewhere and is transferable will be included. All photos, vendors, candles, scripts...you get the idea
The buildings are not included as they are prefabs and not transferable. I can place them out for you if needed for you to use as long as you need them.
This is not a franchise store for sale or a wholesale opportunity. Once sold, it's yours to do with as you wish, you keep 100% of the profits. I will be available to help the new owners as much as I possibly can.
Once the sale is complete my shop will be closed.
Yes, you get all past items no longer on the floor, which includes several holiday designs, lots of mens clothing (jeans, suits, camo, dress shirts, dress pants, etc), all kinds of landscaping, Bridal Bouquets, wedding decorations. Anything that I have offered in the past is included.
