Monthly rent is $L 7500 for a 1/4 sim... Land area is 16,384 meters & provides 937 prims
Texturing is flat, grass land... but you are welcome to terraform mountains (up to 40 meters high) and add waterways on your lot. Sand texturing is available too.
If you rent 1/2 sim, you will also be granted sim manager rights (on top of the normal land controls you receive as a land renter).
