There are still shops available for rental on the Bohemia green land. However since a situation that keeps showing up, we will try to clarify -even more- than we usualy do:
The Bohemia is -not- some 'mall'. It is a creative community.
What is the difference ?

A mall land is created with the goal of making money.
In Bohemia, the land was purchased to offer opportunity to true creators without the needs of premium account and owning land, to create an outstanding creative community and to offer people a -unique- place to view -authentic creations only-, which they can of course purchase, and be encourage to create as to see the great things they could do if they would just try.
Though you still rent the shops for the land owner though very helpfull isn't millionaire, the price is set a low as it can be and only needed to help with the land fees. there is no direct income from it.
Shops can be mod to suit your needs, and the show in search and private TP to your shop's front door is available if you wish it.
Everyone's suggestions and input are welcomed, wether it regards your shop, or the land. There are also propositions from time to time on which your vote or insight may be required. Merchants matter.
Also every week one of the creator is featured to visitors and is spoken of his work.
So what does that mean ?

No resellors! Do Not pay rental if you just resell even though you like the land and what is offered there! We do not want to deal anymore with people saying that they can just pay the box and that there is nothing we can't do about it, or igoring the rules and the land goal then just pay. This is simply childish and disrespectful.
If you resell, please show some maturity and simply find a mall to rent on. There are plenty out there enough to keep you busy for years visiting. It cost to much ? Service isn't the same ? Well you are welcome to click the create button, have some fun and come back later: We will just be pleased to have turned a resellor into a bran new artist lol =)

We have outstanding and exquisite creators already on the land and we would be pleased to host some more. Old world style clothing design, weaponry, fantasy items and curiosities are most welcome!
