There are two residential plots available, each occupying one half of an openspace sim with plenty of water surrounding. Pre-built homes, docks, and vegetation are already in places as well as animated waves and sound effects. All you need to do is move in with some furniture, kick up your feet and enjoy. You're free to moor your boats or sea planes out at the dock, swim at the beach or the pool as the case may be and set up a skybox if you like. Each parcel is granted 1,500 prims and the houses etc do not count against this so you can use the full 1,500 prims if you like. Each parcel is 6,000m2, a little larger than the size of the island (It includes surrounding water of course). The bulk of the sim is dedicated to open waterways for boat transit and natural beauty, so your view of the sunset is sure to remain unobstructed.

The price for these parcels is 17,225L per month (That's about $65 USD), there is no purchase fee (ie you don't have to buy the land you just lease it) but an initial renting of two months is required to start things off after which you can pay month to month. Payment via an out-of-world source such as PayPal is possible if preferred, please talk with management (That would be me) if that's easier for you.

If residential isn't your fancy, we have one medium sized store left in Artificial Isle. This store is 20x11 and offers 250 prims for 500L a week with a minimum 4 week rental, you can see it here (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Artificial%20Isle/52/152/22). In addition to that we still have boat slips available at the Artificial Isle docks for small sail boats and other aquatic craft that fits within the slip space, these offer 30 prims for 100L a week and you can see them here (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Artificial%20Isle/105/89/22.
Finally, perhaps the most interesting bit for small rentals, we have a brand new sea plane airport! I'm quite proud of this build and hope for it to become a home of aviators throughout the USS and as the largest and most trafficked airport in the USS I think we're off to a good start. Kay Yamabushi, maker of the popular Turo plane and soon more is moved in next door to our hangar and there are several places to rez your sea plane, boat or helicopter to take off and explore the greater area of the United Sailing Sims.

Why bring this up? Well I think it's pretty cool for one, but also we have slip rentals for sea planes available in the hangar. The only property in the entirety of the USS renting out space for sea plane pilots, but there are only three slips available now, so if you want them you better come grab them straight away. Two of the plots are for standard aircraft, 30 prims for 100L a week with a 4 week minimum rental. The last slip is for larger attachment planes, and allows up to 300 prims for 450L a week with a minimum of 4 weeks rental again.
