I have two parcels I am renting out at this price, both on the same SIM. I ask that buildings be high quality, fit within your parcel and that you allow some prims for landscaping and outdoor areas and there will be NO red banlines. Other than that, there is no theme or covenant. You may terraform the land. I will allow non-profits to have a small meeting place on the SIM and/or an art gallery. Other than that the SIM will be residential only.
Again, this is a stand-alone HOMESTEAD SIM. These plots usually rent for anywhere from $2200L a week to 2500L a week or more.
