Hello and Welcome to Skye Condos..this is a short information card to give you an idea of rentals. We have over 125 Condos in 4 Sims, Hazeltine,Thorstar, Subbarao, Jibber
Pick up your free Radio controller at the rent pads.
We have a few sizes of condos for rent. The rentals are based upon prim usage.

Large 50x50, floor area (Tower only) tower shares the radio
Large 30 x 40, floor area
Large 30 x 30, floor area
Large 2 floors 30 x 30 floor area
Medium 20 x 30, floor area
Medium 16 x 30, floor area
Small 14 x 20, floor area
Small 10x20, floor area
Please note we can supply extra prims.
Your prim usage is over and above the prims of the unit, so this is the "actual" amount of prims for your own to use. We can adjust the number of prims and price within reason, so if you'd like more prims please contact us.
All units are spaced to insure optimum privacy, so your neighbors dont hear you and you dont hear them.
Contact MartAnthony Varmint or cinda Hoodoo about rentals. Any teleport button marked "AVAILABLE" green buttons, you are welcome to go up and view, the rental device is set up so that easy rental is available. (left click on the buttons for information & or teleport to the unit)
The Grounds, parks, & pool are available for tenants and their guests to use, and some activities will be planned to meet ppl in SL and even learn new skills, tenants input and participation are encouraged. Were trying for a community here, but everyones privacy is respected...Hope you will consider SKYE CONDOS for your home in SL.

Please go to search (in groups) and join SKYE CONDO ENTERPRISES, and wear this tag to set out your things, if any problem doing this, IM cinda Hoodoo or MartAnthony Varmint for a group invitation.
Oh and please feel free to use the group chat, we have found our neighbors to be a great source of help, and well for just having a great time!
Please try and not go over your prims. We watch prims closely here for obvious reasons, if your not in the renters group, your prims could be sent back.. Also if youd like to change your textures, this is a free service..please contact cinda Hoodoo, i will be happy to do this for you.
We are pretty laid back about rent, we have real lives too, and know how sometimes its not possible to come in SL everyday, but we do give 2 days past due, and the rental machine, notifies you a few days ahead and past. We also try and send a personal IM as well, but if that amount of time elapses, we will assume your not interested in keeping the condo, and will send your things back and release it for new rental. If something keeps you from being able to pay, and youd want to keep the condo, please just keep us informed..thanks !
