Due to RL issues, I'll have much less time to spend in SL in future, as a result i've decided to rent out my SIM Antioch.
The Renter will effectively have full Estate Owner rights including cutting parcels, set music and TV, terraforming, can use it as commerical or residential or mixed, use of ban function. and re-name the Land accordingly. The only thing that is not allowed is to "sell" any parcels, you can sub-rent however. Would be ideal for RP, residential or commerical. I will wipe the sim of all my buildings once a rental agreement has been made.
The price is set low and below current market prices for a quick agreement
at $380 USD or 110,000L .
