No need to buy land, with the purchase buy option in about land this takes care of your tier until August 7th. Each month there after on the 7th the rental fee of L$8,600 is due.

This is a private island, with a total of 4 Residents. A low prim sim awaiting your pleasure and privacy is NO PROBLEM.

More land to spread out and enjoy what SL has to offer.

You can visit any of my islands and talk to the long term renters that have been with me for years now.
