It is therefore important to understand what these regions are. They are provided for light use only, not for building, living in, renting as homes or use for events. As a stretch of open water for boating or a scenic wooded area they are fine, but we do not advise more serious use than this and will not respond to performance issues reported should you not use them in this way."

Azure Islands & Nova Islands are such great places to live, I chose to buy and sell land only there. They are a long established Estate in SL, with a great reputation. Why risk buying from a new Estate and end up losing your investment a month or 2 down the road?
All properties are fully landscaped & QUALITY furnished......( no ugly, cartoon looking cheap-o houses that a lot of resellers use. Blech...) Each one has custom waterfalls built right on site. They also have wonderful terrain textures, something I notice a few of these new estates are lacking. Your retinas won't burn from the glare here.
This isn't free land...why? Azure Islands is considered one of the finest areas in SL and it retains its value. That means when you decide to leave, you will be able to sell it again... often for more than you paid! **IF SOMEONE IS TRYING TO 'GIVE' AWAY THEIR LAND "FREE FOR THE PRICE OF TIER"...THERE IS PROBABLY A GOOD REASON WHY THEY CAN'T SELL IT.... BE CAREFUL. **
