Quiet plot in class 5 super speedy sim. Way over where no one ever goes. Gorgeous views of builds and water. Access to ocean via one wide open channel.

WATER on 3 sides if you so choose!!! GREAT VIEWS of extended ocean and waves crashing in to shore. Water can be deep or shallow. 3/4 of land can be above or below water line. Nice builds on all sides. No camping anywhere.
