This rental is on a popular commercial sim, located on one sim edge surrounded by mountains and water. This is a flat sand based property rental.
If you use any scripted item, it must fall below the sims FPS. If you end up using a script that lags the sim it will be returned to you.
You will have full use of the About land; Media section of your property. This will allow you to stream your own music or play your own movies. Being added to the group will give you that feature along with the ability to set home to this area and allow you to create advertising for your property.
Please keep to the amount of prims you are agreeing to. If you go over the amount of prims they will be returned to you.
Skyboxes are not allowed. Ban lines are not allowed. If you would like to use a radar or scanner to push people off your property those are ok as long as they have a minimum of 10 seconds to allow others to leave in a timely manner. Corrin Maitland & Drakul Marx "MUST" be put on these scanners. If not it will be returned to you.
If you decide you need extra prims please IM Drakul Marx and he will determine cost per month for the amount you need.
