I have 3 plots now available on Florentina SIM which can either be rented or bought.
If you decide to purchase, the price is set is low enough at 1.5 L per sqm not to incur any future major losses in valuation.

-10,240 sq/m plot with 2343 prims, which can be either purchased or rented (4065 L p/wk Tier OR 4400 L p/wk rent). A 9,600 sq/m plot with 2197 prims available (3875 L p/wk Tier OR 4200 L p/wk rent) and a 6144 sqm plot with 1406 prims (2610 L p/wk Tier OR 2800 L p/wk rent).
The bigger plots could be resized and cut into 2 smaller plots to meet smaller budgets (4096 sqm would be the smallest)
