We offer;
48 x NON-Furnished houses (850 l$/wk) - 200 prims on water plots.
Upon arrival check the sim lay-out board, and teleport to the houses available.
- RED = occupied
- GREEN = free to rent
The houses are TIKI BEACH STYLE houses with 2 floors and a very nice outside patio area ! We offer each renter a free TV & radio when needed
Each house has privacy windows and lockable doors.
Steps to follow when you rent ;
1. pay the rent box (each 850 l$ adds one week)
2. sent us an IM, we answer within 2-5 hours (to->Ghostdog Kohime)
3. we will give you then the group tag (so you can start installing your furniture)
4. we add your name to the lockable doors
5. give you some small explanation about the house
We offer every customer free set-up support for your own furniture or stuff when needed !
Renting @CARRERA gives you access to the communal building ;
The dance club may be used for any event that you would like to organize. Just let us know when u need it and what mediastream you want to have for the music.
So why buy land (and never get rid of it again) if you can rent a house at a much affordable price and with lesser hassle !
