We offer 16 fully furnished bungalows 399 l$/wk/ 20 prims in a fantastic atmosphere.
Each bungalow has ;
jetski rezzer (apolon)
sleeping room with LOVE bed
radio with several diff station selections
SLCN television (quicktime needed to view)
living room with cozy furniture
patio with seats and slow pose balls
danceball in the living room
doorlock and privacy windows
each renter can access the LINDEN OCEAN In the north of the sim (1.000.000 m!)
each renter can use the communal beach
each renter can use the dancefloor in the city or the skating floor
maximum prims : 20
Prices and prim allowances are indicated on the rental boxes + prim monitor
Dont disturb your neighbours, respect brings you always further in life!
After renting a room, you will be invited to a group to place objects
You must activate/wear the group tag to place your objects
Guns, bombs or any other scripts are not allowed
No sub-letting is permitted and the houses are for residential use only.
In case of disputes between neighbours, the management has the final word
Rent is non-refundable
No rezzing your junk or using the area as a sandbox ( Evictable offence)
