We have significantly lowered the price of renting store space. It's about L$3 per prim, depending on the size you rent. Willing to accomodate different designs of stores, as long as it's a beach theme and not too primmy.
This is a new location for a club that has been around for a long time with regular patrons and daily events. We're building our traffic with REAL traffic, no camping or idling avatars.
